So, with the move, I will be breaking down my 40g freshwater tank and may convert it to a reef at some point. It is a 40g open-top acrylic tank so drilling it out should be easy.

The tank is 3ft long, 16" high, 15" wide.
The light I have is a 4x39watt T5HO Teklight (the nice one with individual parabolic reflectors).

The SW Newb in me wants to know what I can grow with this fixture and proper bulbs.

Yes, it's plenty of light. I know someone running that setup over a 50 gallon tank that's 36" long.

He's growing a variety of sps (placed higher up in the tank) along w/some LPS/zoas.
