I stopped at my local Petco in Brentwood on Thursday to pick up some gear for the pooch and check out their fresh water plants for my other tank. While over in the fish area I noticed that they had a stack of Lifeguard Quote One 4000 pumps on clearance for $22. I picked one up to mix salt and use for water changes. Pretty good deal for $22. If I put the lid on the Rubbermaid for an hour it gets the temp right on the money too 
Here's a link to the pump at Marine Depot. I couldn't find it on the Petco site. I would imagine that it'll be hit or miss if other Petco stores have them on hand and at the same price.
