Local weekend vacation

Does anyone have any recommendations for a local place to go away for a weekend?
My girlfriend and I were thinking of going on a weekend trip next month. When I say local, I guess within 1-1.5 hours of the bay area would be nice? We'd only be there for two nights, so I don't want to drive too far!
I'm totally open to suggestions.

Wine country would be awesome -we've gone on a couple day trips for these with some friends.
The only problem is that I don't drink :(
Though, I'll definitely keep Napa in mind. What else is there to do in Napa besides wine tasting?

Also Monterey Aquarium, Santa Cruz redwoods, I'd also recommend tahoe but it's farther than you wanted.

Eat and go to spas?

Pt. Reyes area is also cool if you're interested in trying out a bed and breakfast.

The last three sound like they fit the bill pretty well :)

We went to Monterey not too long ago, and I'm not sure she'd want to go again. I mean, I'm totally open to the idea, but she's can't spend hours on end at the aquarium like I can :D

Big Sur ... that's an idea!

B&B, and the redwood forest sound really cool ...!
