Call and talk to Max at Aquarium Showroom. I'm pretty sure he can get you one. He had a huge puffer not too long ago.

I talked with max a few weeks ago and he is already looking for one for me. I was just curious if anyone saw any others already at a LFS. I would like to try to get one this week so I can QT them and have them in the tank by Xmas. Thanks

X3 A.Showroom / Max

Id say if max is looking, heel get it before any other store does.

I havent seen Porcupine pufers around for a bit, are they harder to find these days?

well there round a bit in medium sizes, usually the bigger ones are harder to sell, as it takes a special customer.

If a store had one, it would be from a trade in if it were bigger.

I figured Max would find it first if it was coming in from a wholesaler. My post was more to see if anyone saw a trade in at a LFS recently. I would prefer a trade in as they typically do a lot better in a tank compared to wild caught and they have a lot better personality. Thanks
