Isn't your glass pretty well covered up as well? :D

These look great; I can use them for the sump, which is lighted from the side.

The only thing is your corals will then start to grow sideways up toward the light, if you are ok with that then its interesting idea.

But, you could probably rotate the magnet to turn the coral to the light (like you would with a house plant).

you need to check out Tonggao's tank. Tong used these mag for the cap, and they look awesome.
