Hello. I am going to install a light pendant from ceiling and I would like to easily adjust the height of the pendant. I anticipate moving the pendant up during maintenance and when I introduce a new frag. Hanging from the ceiling is easy for me. It's the easy adjustment of the pendant that I need help with. Any recommendations?

Ice cap and Sunlight Supply have it, but I don't know if it moves the pendant easily or if it will work with my generic pendant. Of course, if I can get all these parts from HomeDepot or Ace, then that would be better. TIA

The sunlight supply one works well. What kind of pendant are you planning to hang? How much does it weigh?

It's just a single SE bulb. I think it's a hamilton. So it does not weigh much. So I can easily mod out the sunlight supply hanger to hang a non-sunlight supply pendant?

If you can put a loop or hook on the pendant you just tie the strig from the hanger on it.
