Hi All,
A friend fave me 2 jars of unused Chemi-Pure. Both jars are at least 12-15 years old. The contents were stored inside the jar all this time and were un-used.
Couple of questions that I have:
Is it still safe to use them for my reef tank?
How do yo use it? Do you just toss it in the sump (close by the water that exits from the overflow)?
How often to you replace it?

OT: I actually also received 2 bags of sea salt that were still sealed in the bags. Can I still use them even though they are 12-15 years old?
