Hi Everyone,
I've been fighting red slime, I've resisted using chemicals. A few people keep saying just use red slime control. Should I give in and use it, or keep up the fight of blowing it off and water changes. I hate the idea of using chemicals, any other idea's? Thanks,

Hey tim I get a bit of it once every couple of years and all I do is pick the stuff off the sand and do frequent water changes and change my Phosban and within a couple of days to a week the stuff is gone. What are your perams at currently? Maybe your RO membrane needs to be replaced or your fish food is high in phosphates? Have you done anything different this month or is this a common occurence?
