Redish Pink Dots on Coral

So hopefully these can be taken care of.

I have some reddish/pinkish dots on a few of my corals (neon striped mushrooms, xenia, and some zepplocks blue paly's)

They do not appear to eat the host coral just seem to be covering it. The only coral that looks damaged from them is some of the blue paly's.

I'm a little afraid they are going to spread and cover everything.

not sure if anyone can ID without a picture.

No, they appear to be a solid color with no arms or any long body. Just a round dot, that almost appears flat.

flatworms can appear fairly "round" and flat with no arms or long body.
They have many color morphs. The ones I see often have this body shape, but tend to be more pale colored with a red/brown tint

Yeah i think you are right. They almost look like the two species found on this page (Waminoa,acoel flatworms)

Let me guess nothing eats them, and I need to dip or quarantine them.

my sixline wrasse eats them.

I'm pretty sure my Mandarin Goby eats them. Or my Falco Hawkfish, but I think its the Mandarin.
