Hi All,

This is a pretty narrow request, but I’m looking for people that run t5 hybrid (2x coral plus & 2 blue plus bulbs with led.

If you have this lighting system I would love to see some pictures of your tenuis so I could learn a bit more.

So on the topic of "back in my day" stories: the head of the lab I did my degree in was an old school researcher that did things like "mouth pipette radioactive fluids".

You used to examine DNA by staining gels with a dye that stuck to DNA, then sticking it into a powerful UV light that made the DNA glow. It used to take a long time to analyze gels, and he'd tell me that he'd frequently get sunburned from all the UV exposure.

They, uh... They don't let you do that anymore.
