Rust

I noticed a tiny spot of rust on the shaft of the impeller on a pump with which I mix my salt water.

Is this an issue? Should I go get a new pump. If so, what pump is inexpensive, safe and powerful enough to turn the water over in a Brute garbage container.

It happens, I don't worry about it too much, especially if you're running GFO.


AFA as a mixing pump, I just use mag drives, tough as nails they are!
