I ran out of instant ocean salt mix when I filled my new tank up last night. i have a bag of coralife salt that is about 2 years old! It had some moisture in it cuz the salt is in 1 hard clump. Should I use this salt or should I just go buy a new bag or bucket???

I would toss it away and buy a new bag/bucket.

Thats what I was thinking! I'll just have to wait until 6ish to get to the shop and then finish adding the salt!

I wouldn't worry too much about it, a clump is some moisture which got in the bag. Just check your parameters after you mix some fresh stuff up.

Yep, in case the moisture caused some of your Ca and alk to precipitate as calcium carbonate.
