Softies

I would like to add a few soft corals to my system. my flow is good. Please recommend a couple tolerant and pretty/colorful ones.

Standing by and thanks

Green nepthea has always been one of my favorites. I know some view it as a bit of a nuisance coral since it grows pretty fast but I think large colonies are beautiful.

The Japanese deep water toadstool abs weeping willow toadstool are all nice ones IMO as well. And of course hundreds of varieties of mushrooms.

Nice, that looks like nepthea. It looks a little bleached though. How long have you had it?

I got this at our last frag swap in mission bay at that micro brew. It attached itself there. It is considerably lighter than when I first got it. Not sure what to do to move it.

This website has a bunch of amazing softies including a photosynthetic pink nepthea and a Xenia that grows in ball shapes. If I had the money to spend I’d get those for sure.

I have a basic neon green toadstool that I love- wonderful wave patterns in the flow and bright, cheerful color. It’s grown nicely in the year I’ve had it too.
