What's the easiest, best way to separate the magnets on Tunze PHs?

with any magnet twist each side in opposite directions dont pull apart.

Use something flat and carefully shove it right in the middle..

I use cardboard when doing this so they can't re-connect

Carpal Tunnel here. Couldn't do it. Sounds wimpy, huh.

I think my next stop would be the kitchen to get a plastic spatula. slide it under the magnet and have all the leverage you need to seperate it from the glass. Not fancy... but i bet it would work.

go outside and put one side in your vice then push on one end, not sliding it across more push on one corner. ~smile

I've had two vortech magnets get together when cleaning two at the same time (word of advice, don't, clean one, reassemble, disassemble the other clean then reassemble) there was nothing to grab onto or anything... needed to pry it with a screwdriver and of course that screwed up the coating.

The twist and turn is easy when you have something in the middle. When there is nothing in the middle, the rubber feet make it hard to twist.

Superman, here, was finally able to separate them, thanks for all the suggestions. Twisting did it.
