So the Summer is almost coming to an end, and I've been AFK for awhile now, thought that now work and life have balanced out a bit more, we could have a BBQ get together.

I have a huge patio, and a completely empty house that will be completely remodeled soon, so we should make the most out of it before it comes apart ;)

The address is in Albany, CA (only a handful of blocks from Albany Aquarium), and I'm thinking a Saturday in the next couple of weeks.

I'm going to figure out a date soon, and will probably need people to bring some stuff (like food and maybe some chairs, the house is empty... except for some toilet paper and soap haha).

Who's DOWN?!?! We can make it into a good day to do any trades too if you have anything you owe or want.

Sounds like a plan!
I believe the san jose tank tour is the 20th, so that leaves you with a sunday or the 27th

Tentative Date:

TBA

We can start off with a trip to Albany Aquarium (hopefully they're open) and visit Jim, then walk back and start up the grill.

I'll need people to bring a few things:

- Steaks (norman?!?!?!)
- Burger Patties
- Links
- Hot Dogs
- Salad
- Corn on the Cob
- Veggies and stuff to grill ( yams, mushrooms, bell peppers)
- Drinks (soda, water, beers, wines, etc.)
- Condiments, Utensils, napkins, cups
- Lettuce, Tomatoes, Pickles, etc.
- Chips / snacks

Some equipment:
- BBQ tools (I don't have any)
- Extra grill if possible (I have a dinky one... though may invest in a nicer webber)
- Fold chairs and places to sit (i have a few chairs, but prolly not enough)

That's about it for now. Please volunteer for one of the items! I'll add more as we think of more things to bring.

Woops, I almost scheduled it for the 20th. If Sunday, it might be too much BAR stuff in one weekend... I'll keep looking. Would october still be warm enough?

I'm interested. Available days are hit and miss for me though so what ever you decide I'll try and make it.

October is also good for me! I don't think it gets too cool till november. Then again, I am not sure what the weather is like over there. I'm used to the warmer tri-valley weather.

Do we get to demo any part of the house, I'm good at that after a few beers.

I'm afraid =X

The whole house isn't coming down, LOL, just a few walls and interior stuff. Just watch... the BBQ will result in a destruction derby and a pile of rubble =)

I'm going to schedule this for probably the second Saturday of October, who's down?
