Tank temp during cycle?

If I run my tank at 85-90* during the cycling will it help speed up the process? I remember reading that warmer tanks for QT speed up parasite life cycles, figured it would do the same for the probiotics too?

higher water temps would yield lower dissolved O2 levels. If the development of aerobic bacteria is one of the points of cycling wouldnt that be counter productive? Im no biologist tho, it was just a thought. Im sure someone with further knowledge will chime in.
