Anybody know where to buy black acrylic or plexiglass triangle rod?

Tap plastics is closed on Sunday. Not much luck googling.

This will be used to protect the tank seam. I'm seeing this on newer tanks.

Going to stop by neptune later to see they're installed.

My RSR170 tank has the rod on the bottom but not sides.

That seem like a great idea. What glue are you plan to use? I'm interested in going down the same path for extra security. Anyone got some bad experience with doing this?

I would say Tap Plastics... but obviously that's where you saw it too :)

I've used them on sumps I've made where I chopped the top off an acrylic tank (removing the strength of the top) strengthening the seams, effectively is like a fillet weld on the corners (which you can't really do with acrylic solvents. But this is used in glass tanks? that's a new one for me.

I was at my local Tap on Friday picking up bottles and happened to see that solid corner molding but I think it was only in clear, not black. I am also curious if you mean to use this on a glass tank and what adhesive or sealant you would use.

Since these pieces are not meant for structure, Red sea just uses silicone for the armored seams.
