Two Tunze.. One needs 10x the maintenance.

I have two tunze pumps in my Tank.

One furs up with Ca Deposits really quickly. The other, when I pull it hardly needs cleaning at all.

Is there any reason that one would get deposits so much quicker than the other. It furs up so fast, I'm considering replacing it.

any chance that one is hear where your dosing lines enter?

I dose in the sump...But I guess the return is directed in the direction of the pump that furs quickly. I guess I could dose in my overflow...

No big surprise there, one pump simply gets more of the flow from the return, in my soft tank I have one pump that looks like a regular aged pump, coraline, etc, the other looks like a furry algae mess! And that one happens to be right next to my sump return
