what do you feed your corals?

i've been feeding PE mysis shrimps to my LPS recently. i used to feed frozen mysis cubes.. i stopped after reading that it contained alot of phosphates.

Mine seem to really come out for Cyclopees and rotifers. Occassionaly I'll come accross a good deal on the frozen cubed coral food that they seem to really like as well. I can't recal the brand though.

Rotifers, Arcti Pods, Cyclopeze, I used to feed Formula 1, but their quality control went to hell after it was sold.

I also have a remote cryptic tank a feed Phyto, not only does it feed the critters in there, it also slowly trickles into my display keeping a low level in the tank continually as opposed to one big wave of food.

frozen mysis thawed then rinsed in ro water a few times to remove the nasties.

frozen mysis (hand fed to LSP), rotofeast, and occasionally I toss some cyclopeeze into the tank
