What does your PD look like from the side??

Mine looks pretty purple from the top but it's kinda brown from the side. I know it could be my eyes but you can tell from these pics.

Mine look like that too--really purple from above and kinda brown from the side. I think it's just the way the light reflects. The same is true for some blue mushrooms in my tank. Really blue from above but more purplish from the side.

well that's suck.. is there anything that is brown from above but purple from the side?? ;D How often do you look down from the top???

Actually, I've heard of some people purposely setting up tanks that are set lower to allow for easier top down viewing

LOL..Phong.. Mines the same. I use to think that something was wrong with my water parameter or lighting, thats why my PD was brown. Until i looked at it from the top view and there it was. Purple Death.

I wished i knew it before i bought it.. hahaha

Same here, Phong. My PD is only purple when I looked at it from the top. But it does not really matter cause everything else in my tank is brown, even the coralline.

Mine are the same phong. Purple but they can look dingy almost brown from the side or under certain light. Like right now, with 1 ATI aqua blue and 1 actinic on they look a killer purple but when my 2 10k's come on they don't look as good.
