BAR meetings and swaps are held at:

Aquatic Specialties And Pets (ASAP) located at 31640 Hayman Street, Hayward, CA 94544
IIRC, meetings start at 1pm and end when they end (usually a 2-3hrs or so long)

Pretty sure the meetings are open to all (including non members). Hopefully those that come as non-members will see the high quality of the club and will want to join the member ranks
