The BOD decided that we would allow "guest" posts in some of the forums, they are not allowed in all forums.

Managing users on this forum is not as simple as it seems. People sign up, someone then has to manually check that their membership is current etc before activating the account. I get MANY people signing up who are not members, and therefore do not get access to the entire site.

I see no problem allowing them to view our public forums, and post in them.
