Why do Zoo's dissappear?

I had a bunch of them on a rock, a frkn colony, then now it's just dwindling...I had it for 6 months...why?

The weird thing is, I have one set of zoo's that are flourishing and multiplying.

I remember someone once mentioned to be that pH issues could cause some zoanthids to just melt. Any physical sign of illness? Has anything been added to the tank recently -possibly something (zoanthid eating nudibranchs)?

none , I haven't had any additions for a while. It's just really weird, cuz my other zoo's are fine.

Zoa Pox..... I had them.. google it...

basically start treatin with ampicillin immediately to try and save it
