X-MAS in June

I just got my new Skimmer in today "Euro Reef RS135" and my new RO/DI unit as well. This is giving me plenty to do. The only problem is adjusting the skimmer and I tend to get a lot of micro bubbles in my Main tank. I use a filter sock over the drain hose into my sump to try and help with the bubbles. It did remove a lot of them, but there is still more. Any suggestins on how to correct this problem.
FYI my sump is just a 25gal rubbermade tub with a magdrive 9.5 pump for my return.

Baffles will help with micro-bubbles.

Unfortunately the filter sock is pretty much the only solution.
