Depending on what youre doing, I’ve had the best service when I go to their physical locations. The reps always seem to help me game the system to get the best deal, just gotta treat them with kindness and they’ll reciprocate with deals. The rep at a shop in San Jose taught me a trick of spamming the 0 button when dialing one of the hotlines to quickly get a rep on the line.
