We were going to drive up to Napa to buy some LR with some zoas and palys on them. There has been a small outbreak of zoa pox on one or two colonies. I've never dealt with this before. Should I say No Thank You. Or buy and treat? The rock is only an OK deal, while the zoas were the attraction. Please chime in. Thanks

For an OK deal and the long drive, pass on this on Steve. I, and many others, have treated zoa pox successfully but there are many not so lucky. If it were a screaming deal then I'd say go for it but not for an OK deal.

make sure you have em in a QT tank if you plan to buy. ZP can spread really fast, affecting colonies that are healthy too. i usually just cut off the infected area and QT.
