Tank seems OK, Ph on 7.9 zero Nitrates and Phosphates skimmer running 24/7 but now there's nothing to skim I guess.
Alk is low~5DKH, question is Should I bring it up to ~10 before any fish go back in or wait til it's at an acceptable level?

You should if you have any corals, especially montis
