Clumping Food Particles Together?

I bought some San Francisco Bay Brand Cyclops yesterday and the particles are too small for my fish. My little clowns ate a few, but my large Black Occy pair didn't even bother. Is there a way to clump the food particles together so that my fish can eat as much of it as they can?
