green hair algae?

Can someone help me confirm if this is green hair algae?

Looks like it. Manually remove what you can. Then get some Trochus snails and add a zebrasoma or bristletooth type of tang if your tank is big enough. They'll eat that quick. Then check your water parameters, light schedule and feeding routing to prevent it from growing back.
 
It looks like hair algae since it doesn't have the fern-like growth of bryopsis.

Bristletooth tangs were already mentioned, sea hares are overpowered but you'll have to rehome it once it's eaten all your hair algae in a week or two.

This plus tuxedo urchin! The manual removal is key since most herbivores only touch the new growth.
