help with monti cap

Just picked up a blue polyp monti cap today. I was wondering how should I feed it. Does it need to be target fed? I read that some people use cyclopzee. Is there a simple way to feed it? Or is light good enough?

Feed it with water changes.

Just like above water changes, with good water parameters and good lighting. The corals will tell you when something is wrong.
