How Do I Contact Salifert?

I would like to know how to contact Salifert.

I have two Salifert test kits CA /MG with 2015 / 2016 expiration dates on the boxes. When I compare the club Reference 520 / 1300, my readings are +100 / 620 on the Ca; and -100 / 1200 on the MG.

When I test my water in the barrel, I get 520 & 1290 readings but my salt box says CA ranges between 390-410 and MG 1110-1250.

How can I tell if my reference is out of date or incorrect, and how can I get Salifert to send me new test kits?

I don't think there is a way after checking Reef Central and some of the other boards. I guess I'll stop using Salifert.

Any suggestions for new Ca and Mg test kits would be greatly appreciated.

i use api for ca and elos for mag

Yes I do , I've been using elos for quite some time. Api is decent. All corals are alive and doing well

Do you have any idea how long a Reference Standard Ca/Mg 520 / 1200 should last for do they go off too?

I will stick with the Salifert product. It's pretty easy to use and read.

My reference is over 2 years old. I'll try to find / buy fresher CA/MG reference solution.

I liked it when I could get the NSW other references at the club meetings.

Since I've been storing the reference well, I think age could be the factor. The reference was from a Seachem Calcium test kit that's probably 2 years old. It came in a white bottle with a red top.

Anyway, I ordered new Salifert kits, and will see if that takes care of it. Even though the Salifert expirations weren't for 1 and two years out, I've had em over a year.
