How to unclump Soda Ash?

I added RO/DI to my Soda Ash in a plastic jug and a bunch of it clumped up on the bottom. I shook the heck outta the jug, but there are still clumps on the bottom.

Is there anyway to get this unclumped or am I going to have to toss this stuff and use warm RO/DI water next time?

I usually fill half a gallon up and put the powder in and shake the sh!t out of it. Once it's de solved add the rest of the RO water.

Can also place your jug in hot water. Yesterday, I had the same problem, and the hot water helped (in addition to shaking the heck out of it). Heated water in a large pot, and placed my 1 gallon jug inside for about 10 minutes.
