@Blaise006 Is going to let me borrow his RSR250 as a temporary solution. I'm draining the tank right now and transferring livestock to a holding tank; just have to figure out what I'm going to do next.

I think 360Coralz can help do that... they've worked on a few other tanks I've seen in the past. Including their own.

To me, it just looks like an exposed black under gravel filter plate
Is the seam coming apart?

I have a Rubbermaid 150 if you need to use it

My buddy’s Red Sea reefer 350 had this same issue. I like the look of Red Sea tanks but I would never buy another one. Good luck man. I have a few 50g bins if you need them

I did get everything out thanks to a lot of help from @Blaise006 . As for how it's still holding water... Your guess is as good as mine.

Yep, the seam was coming apart. The gap was big enough to allow grains of sand to trickle down into it.
