Sand for 100 Gallon Tank

On Sunday I plan to empty my 100 gallon tank and if anyone wants sand please let me know it.

I think I can keep the rocks with the dry tank (while I try to sell it), but the sand since is wet and have good living stuff, will probably be smelly and unless someone wants it, I'll have to throw it away.

Thinking also if a LFS might want it?

Also any recommendation about how to clean or what to do with the rocks while the tank is dry so it doesn't smell?

Give the rocks a good rinse and let them air dry.
You may also, once dry, put them in plastic bags.
For the sand, once you stir it, it might have a massive bacteria die-off but letting it dry would be good too and advise the person who picks it ip, to give it a really good rinse.
