Sump/Refugium

Hi everyone I picked up a sump/refugium the other and decided to put it togethere. Its actually a cpr wet dry filter tru flow that was modified. I went to Home depot last night to join the two togethere but im getting some leack on the top thhread. Maybe I need to really get a bulkhead for it since I cant find the right fitting at homedepot. Also my pump chamber is always empty. Any idea how should I configure it? Thanks

Have you glued the baffles yet?
I would do Fuge, Skimmer and Return, as big as possible on the fuge (volume wise) and consider leaving enough space for a larger skimmer; future upgrade, who knows?
