Got an email from Rachel Arnold who works with Dr. Ted Pietsch(the frogfish guru) asking about frogfish egg rafts described here:

Apparently the 5 egg rafts produced by my pair of A. dorehensis a while back are the only known confirmation of a 1961 reference to spherical egg rafts in Antennarius. See the attached pdf.
Frogfish egg rafts are typically described as scroll shaped. The ones produced by my pair were hollow spheres. I noted the difference compared to the usual description, but didn't realize that this type was relatively unknown.
Anyway, I looked all over and found the original video tapes and converted the footage to about 400mb of wmv to send to the researchers.
Here's the first of 3 files. Large format version of the previously posted spawning vid.

The other 2 show the egg rafts after they inflate. And also document the larval development.

Ok, here are the other 2 files. Good detail on egg raft and larvae changes.
