I wanted to share this bizarre color transformation of a wild acro from Neptune.
When I got it (Feb 2020 - it’s been cooking a LONG time) was dark pink with yellowish polyps, then faded to just tan by the end of QT (QT can beat up a coral)
After moving it to my display, it went through a neon green phase, with bright green fluorescing polyps.
It’s now starting to grow its first new branch in captivity - will be interesting to find out what colors the branch takes on and what kind of growth structure. Does anyone know what species this might be?
