I wouldn't. I've had Biota Yellow Tangs get ich while in an sterile observation tank. Biota also recommends you to QT.

I'm willing to house these until pickup but might recommend people pick them up day of delivery so there's less chance of cross contamination between the wild fish in my tanks.
