I just do a 2ml daily dose directly into my water stream for my 13.5G. Super easy and very cost effective in my nano tank.

My photos don't really do the growth justice since I don't have the iPhone filters but you can see how large everything is and polyps have been popping up everywhere! My mushroom garden is awesome really stoked on it and the splattered hammer from @svreef is amazing!
