just be extra careful with the dosing, overdosing can cause severe issues specially if you have tangs! I am also facing the same issue...

Floss is just polyester pillow fill. You can get it from Joann’s, Michael’s, hobby lobby. Etc. it’s cheap there. Some come in sheets...
