Purchased this tank from Aquatic Collection a month ago.

Some planning needed to be done for my electronics to be mounted and transferred over from my IM 40g. Working 6 days 12 hour shifts made this a long process.

As I got closer and closer to getting things mounted and more motivated I managed to crunch and get everything done. Any part that I could 3D print I went ahead and printed them for a cleaner install.

Here's the final product of the built. (Yes the lights are spread far apart only because I needed the space to put the return nozzles)

And here is the final product.... i think my fish will be happy with and more spacious living quarter. I would say it ready to be filled.

Very clean build. I'm diggin your vortech prints..the contrast really works well.

Looking forward to the rest of it. What are you planning to keep AFA livestock?
I have fish in my other tang right now, I buy the smallest fish possible to give me time to enjoy them.
Right now I have:

2 black storms
Yellow coral wrasse
Hippo tang
Gem tang
purple gama
Watchmen goby (havent seen him for awhile
Cardinal
Yasha goby
Blenny
3 blue chromis that I'll be rehoming

Some of these fish I just recently bought a week ago or so. I took advantage or the sale that Aquatic collection had.

Very nice DIY work, impressive.

Light mounting needs to change though. Need to find a way to align them better.

Also, not sure what our tang police thinks of these tangs in a 70-gallon tank -but looks like you buy them small and have a plan to rehome then? Zebrasomas should grow quick though, not sure about the hippo.

Thank you,
The lighting hasn't been aligned, there just off to the side to be out the way for access of the overflow and screwing in the nozzles. The tank is 95 gallons overall. The hippo I got was the size of a nickel.

Great looking set up. If the lights give uneven light distribution, you can try mounting them in the short ends of the tank. I’m afraid you’ll get a ton of light spill.

Thank you! The lights will get centered once I get all the sand, rocks, and water in, putting them this way just gives me more space to work.
