It’s like the frag plugs. When I put in tank bunch of air bubbles came out. poreous good for beneficial bacteria.

beach bum and encrusting montipora from cfm aren’t doing too good, I guess ph/alk swing killing em, already ordered a doser and liquid dosing hopefully not too late saving them. For now manual all for reef dosing til items arrive. Looking to dose at night several times to increase ph at night time and not stress out the coral.

Might not see much of a pH bump at night Danh with AFR dosing since it's actually going to drop things a bit as the bacteria metabolize it. Have you tried using a CO2 meter in the restaurant? I figure it might get high when you're cooking and there's lots of patrons.

I did co2 scrubber with my old build rsr350 at shop with a refugium/ chaeto in sump. Got pretty good ph throughout the day annd night 8.0-8.4 day/night. Elevated ph help with growth. First time trying all for reef. That’s all I have for now. Already order brs alk , calcium, and magnesium (1gal mix). Won’t arrive til Thursday so afr will have to do for now.
