I think its sad you feel this way. I also think its contradictory on one hand we say we support and we want to empower members on the other hand 2 BOD openly advice against it. At least am glad members of bar are discussing this.

The discussion can also as simple as. Should BSR take a stand discrimination against LGBTQ community, r2r or not. Do we want to have a message of support to the community? We are seeing oppression happening against some of our reefing members..do we want to say BAR stand with you?

Hence the right thing here is to discuss it and see what BAR members think.

What you are describing is what others have done. The question is what can BAR do? I think its worth discussing it and decide.

That would be an incredible gesture and a stand that shows what this club is about..

This.. Well said. oppression will continue in society when those who are not impacted by it, do not take stand against it. I personally want to model myself on ppl like Thales, humblefish, Wlachnit and others who took a stand and made their voices heard even thu this issue might not impact them...

One more update. The wrass is doing great. Eating like a pig, colored up more and showing great personality. Absolutely love this fish. Very social and our swimming all day long. Will give it another week and move him to the main tank as his final home..

My friend that wrass worth around 10 of these trachys.. I just fell in love with the wrass. It's pretty much the last fish I add to the DT.

The wrass is happy and eating. Still hides alot, but comes out when I feed and did eat pellets and frozen..so far so good.
