Are there any suggestions on people you know whom take care of aquariums for hire or a good pet sitter that you can recommend?

I have a 180 gallon simple reef & a 35 gallon hex freshwater tank that just needs some frozen food to be fed once a day, I also have two small parrots that just need their blanket to cover their cages removed in the AM and covered in the late afternoons as well as making sure their food bowls...
