Comparison between display tank and refugium Burning Bush. I ran out of space in the DT and moved the Frag to the sump. I noticed the coloration and density were different. Top right display/ bottom left refugium. btw: what happens when these overgrow and no one wants them in the dbtc?

I wish there were a list of which chalices would encrust and which ones would grow out like your examples.

The hollywood stunner grows out nicely imo, the chalices that I have are called rainbow chalices so was wondering on that.

thanks! I couldn't find much online about them. When you see an image of a rainbow chalice they are always on Frag Disks.

I didn’t know BJD can be passed by other corals. I was planning on giving away some non euphyllia corals from my tank. How long should I wait before giving it away. The last thing I want is for someone else to get BJD.

I will probably preorder this instead of Cipro next time, but when BJD hits there really wasn't any time to react. BJD spread fast, I was lucky enough that a fellow reefer had Cipro handy and was willing to share. If not, I would think all the torches may have not survived.
