To create the return lines, I used flex tube and pvc to make a hang on return line and then threaded on the loc line to the threaded pvc pipe. Thanks to @Turkeysammich for helping me out with the plumbing cause i was completely lost plumbing the tank haha. Overall im happy with the way it came out.

I added a gate valve to the 3/4” and a ball valve to the 1”

The overflow had three holes. 1/2”, 1”, 3/4”. I used the 1/2” for the emergency drain.

Forgot to mention i made the return lines out of pvc and hung them over the tank.

Added all the rock that I broke down from the 75G ad added all the fish. Everyone seems very happy in there new home lots of swimming room and more caves to hide in for them.

Forgot to mention there was two holes on the overflow box that i just couldnt seem to find anything that was a good fit to plug it with. So i got a piece of acrylic and started dremeling the shape of it. Worked out better then i thought

So after resealing the overflow I finally was able to fill up the tank with new water and added some old rock from my other tank and I let it bubble for a few days

free 75G and 40G sump i made with acrylic panels. Tank is pretty new no scratches if you want it come and grab it otherwise its gunna sit in the garage.

Resealed with fresh silicone hopefully this stops the leak! I’ll give it time to dry and refill the water tomorrow.

Yup from the bottom seal. Im heading to home depot to get some silicone. Should be an easy fix

Well unfortunately the bottom of the overflow seems to have a tiny leak.

Started the water test this morning, so far no leaks.
