I don't really adjust the lighting itself. I have my white balance on camera set to 9900k to cut out most of it, and I use a Tiffen 85B orange filter for those times where the white balance setting doesn't cut it. Sorry if that wasn't what you asked. Wasn't sure what you meant by adjusting...

Sony A7RII + Sony 90mm Macro I use a Tiffen 85b orange filter to cut out blue light. Not really part of the setup but I recently started using additional reef lights I have as lighting to fill in shadows and help with lowering my ISO.
