Thanks for the suggestion @mlang. I'm not sure if the problem is the power supply or the LED bar itself. I messaged them. They asked for the serial number and are going to send me a replacement light!!!

I have an Orphek OR3 blue plus that is just over a year old. It just stopped working. At first the bar was barely discernible to be on, now nothing. Anyone know if there is a common problem with these that is easily fixed? Appreciate any info. Thanks! Ben
