5minute poll- ahi loin, how to cook?

ok, 5 minute shot in the dark. I have a defrosted ahi loin and can't figure out how to cook it. Any good recipes that I can do? STarting to marinate in about 5 minutes so hope someone has some ideas and isn't busy on a saturday night!

Norm, gonna have to try that last one. I ended up doing something close to the first one. Marinated with some soy, lemon juice, fish sauce etc. pat dry, coat with sesame seeds and seared on a cast iron slab. Served with asparagus sauteed with some bacon bits and wasabi-citrus mayo. Rice on the side of course.

If it was vacuum packed (and still pretty fresh) make some poke.

I just had some tonight

green onions, round onions (thinly sliced), limu (if you can find it), soy sauce (preferably aloha brand), hawaiian chili pepper water, hawaiian salt, sesame oil. Mix it all together, season to taste.
