Algae on healthy Coral Skeleton? Management?

I believe I am looking at algae on this bubble coral skeleton. The coral is doing very well in my tank. I am not sure why this happened. Should I try and brush off with a toothbrush at night when receeded? Or just let be? I think i may get worse as it grows.

The pictures below are 3 hrs apart.

I would let it be and assume the coral can out grow the algae. Or let your lawnmower blenny/emerald crab/snails go to town, but I think you are likely to harm the coral trying to pick it clean, unless you think you can get some tweezers in there.
